Foresta extends its technology licence agreement

Foresta Group Holdings has amended and extended its exclusive technology licence agreement with E3 Carbon GmbH. The licence gives it access to use the German firm's advanced torrefaction process to manufacture black pellets in Kawerau. Foresta says the extension is through to 31 December 2027 and provides "greater clarity and certainty" around its long-term licensing of E3 Carbon's advanced torrefaction technology for utilisation in Australia and New Zealand.
