ECAN chair concerned that transition from coal is too slow
Environment Canterbury chairman Steve Lowndes has requested a list of the region's biggest consented coal burners because he is concerned at the "shilly-shallying around" when it came to shunning coal and using clean, sustainable alternatives in Canterbury.
