Carbon impacts of biomass consumed in the EU 

This is a supplementary analysis and interpretation for the European Climate Foundation by the Research Agency of the UK Forestry Commission.

The report provides the results of a project regarding bioenergy use in the EU as a contribution towards achieving reductions in GHG emissions.  The implications of the conclusions are also considered in the context of relevant legislation under development and implementation in the EU.
