Wigram Lodge, New Zealand - tenants cosy up to wood Lodge - Christchurch's Wigram Lodge needed to reduce costs and improve reliability of its heating and hot water system for residents. So a wood-chip fired boiler was installed - saving money, improving energy efficiency and tenant comfort. Wigram Lodge is saving up to $52,000 and has reduced emissions by 146 tonnes per year.
