OneFortyOne is a vertically integrated Trans-Tasman business, that manages both forests and sawmill operations in New Zealand and Australia.
In New Zealand we manage 80,000 hectares of certified sustainable plantation forests in Nelson Tasman and Marlborough and the Kaituna sawmill near Blenheim.
In Australia we manage 82,000 hectares of certified sustainable plantation forest in Mt Gambier, Australia with our Jubilee sawmill also located at Mt Gambier.
The combined log sales of both Australia and New Zealand is in excess of 2m m3/pa with the majority of logs sold domestically to support jobs and local processing.
Lumber sales are in excess of 400,000m3 from our Trans-Tasman sawmill operations, with the majority of product sold domestically.

OneFortyOne New Zealand employs 116 people and supports a contractor workforce of more than 300 people. This makes it one of the largest employers in Nelson Tasman and Marlborough.
